Streamline
The Streamline Tower team is headed by Patrick McCourt, CEO of Barclays North. Patrick has over 30 years of experience as a real estate developer. He has developed projects in Alaska, Oregon and Washington where his primary focus has been single-family residential plat development, new home construction and commercial construction.
Patrick is actively involved in the building and development industry. He served as the 1999 President of the Master Builder's Association of King and Snohomish Counties in Washington State and is a past Chairman of the Snohomish County Planning Commission. He is also a member of both the Building Industry of Washington and the National Association of Homebuilders.
In addition to Patrick, the Streamline Tower team consists of Dusty Allen (project manager), Kevin Kelly (sales manager and owner of Vegas Valley Property), Mike Kasper and Scott Bell (marketing and sales managers). The Streamline Tower team recognizes the complexities of responsible development in an ever changing economic and environmentally conscience climate. We have and will continue to meet these challenges as a leader in our community whose passion for excellence is sure to set the standards to meet the rigorous demands of tomorrow.
